dial up 16 Years, 9 Months ago

I am trying to set up dial up phone number so that I can connect to my modem. There is a dial string that must be dialed after the phone number while it is ringing. It must dial (4) ,#11's in sequence. It will only dial two and my system will not switch me over to my modem. Any suggestions?

Could you let me know what the entire dial string is? I'll need to be able to reproduce this.

I have a commswitch device hooked to our equipment. after the 10 digit phone number is dialed ,#11 must be dialed (4) times after the number. It will only dial this twice. This is not enough times to cause my commswitch to switch the line over to the modem.
