                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Problem: You've purchased software from <strong>Celestial Software</strong> in the past, but your license does not appear in the 'My Account' section of the website. Explanation: You probably purchased your software prior to July, 2003 using the old web purchasing system. When you registered an account on the new web system, an attempt was made to find your original purchase based on your email address, but a match was not found. Remedy: You must register a new a new account at the Celestial Software website. Be sure to use the email address that you used when you originally purchased the software, as this will link your original purchase to your new account.</p>

Even if you have the original e-mail that contained your license file, you should get a fresh copy as the format may have changed. Follow these instructions to have it sent again:</p>

<p>Once you are sure that you have a current copy of the license, you must install the license. Remember, though, that you must first have the trial version of AbsoluteTelnet installed on a computer before installing the license.                         <content:encoded><![CDATA[When you need to reinstall the software after a system failure or Windows upgrade, you only need to reinstall the trial version of AbsoluteTelnet and re-apply the license that you received via e-mail when you first purchased the program. If, for any reason, you cannot locate your license information, you can retrieve it via the Celestial Software website (<a href="http://www.celestialsoftware.net" target="_blank" rel="noopener">http://www.celestialsoftware.net</a>). Check out the "My Account" section in the navigation pane to the left of your browser screen. If you purchased version 2.00 or later, you would have created a login at the time your purchased that you could use to access the "My Account" page. If you purchased prior to version 2.00, you'll need to create the account now. You must create the account using the same email address that you used when you originally purchased the software, in order for the original sales records to be linked to your newly created account automatically. If properly registered, you'll see your license information on the 'My Account' page, and there will be a button to have the license e-mailed to you.]]></content:encoded>
