Cursor disappears after a long period of time 20 Years, 7 Months ago

Using AT 2.13 on WinXP and Win2k via SSH2 to Solaris server using vt220 or xterm, the cursor disappears after a while. It's not quickly, perhaps after a day or two connected -- sometimes much longer (like six or seven days). The only fix is to create a new window and close the old one.
This makes editing files and the like fairly difficult.

I've heard this before. Unfortunately, nobody has ever been able to tell me exactly how to reproduce this, and the mystery remains unsolved. The cursor is displayed by Windows. I only tell it the shape and position.
In the next version (2.14), I'm going to add a number of user options to control size and shape of the cursor, in addition to color and blink rate. This will require a rewrite of all of the cursor code, so these types of problems should go away.
Stay tuned!!!
