I'm registered, but my license doesn't appear!

Problem:

You've purchased software from [b]Celestial Software[/b] in the past, but your license does not appear in the 'My Account' section of the website.

Explanation:

You probably purchased your software prior to July, 2003 using the old web purchasing system. When you registered an account on the new web system, an attempt was made to find your original purchase based on your email address, but a match was not found.

Remedy:

You must register a new a new account at the Celestial Software website. Be sure to use the email address that you used when you originally purchased the software, as this will link your original purchase to your new account.

If you are already logged in, you will have to log out before you can register a new account. After registering, re-visit the 'My Account' page, and you should see your purchase history and upgrade options.
