This started happening after the latest update, the warning is triggered every time I paste a SQL query into the window.
How do I turn this off?

Brian,
That's part of a new 'paste hygiene' feature to help prevent accidental execution of commands with embedded newlines.
And NO, there's not an opt-out in 14.04.
BUT there *is* in 14.05. Download it and check it out.
