This is on win11, laptop with 2 external monitors. Dragging my AT windows between monitors (24" 1920x1080 at 100%, 27" 2560x1440 at 125%) is slow (1.5-3 seconds) and goes through some weird resizes and sometimes gets stuck halfway -- it can take quite a bit of time, long enough that I'd kill it except I've got 6-7 tabs setup the way I need them. The problem is the scaling on the larger monitor, if they are both at 100% drag is smooth (but then I can't read anything on the big monitor). I was on 13.15, installed 14.22 and it's the same. I know dragging is a thorny problem. Any suggestions? I'm a fast dragger and I don't need it to look nice while I'm dragging.
I do miss the win7, she's feeling poorly but still hoping she can be saved.

Anytime an application has to jump screens that have different DPIs, some scaling to find the 'right' window size on the new monitor in the new DPI is normal. 1 or 2 seconds at most. When you say 'quite a bit of time, long enough that you'd kill it', how long are we talking here?  I tried with 20+ tabs open and it takes maybe 5 seconds on my laptop. Your mileage may vary....
So some questions...
1. How do you have the windows setup to resize? On options->Properties->Appearance, do you used 'scale font, keep rows and columns fixed', or do you use 'automatically change rows and columns'? THat can affect the resize behavior
2. If you have only one tab open, does it do the same thing? How long does it take to move the window between monitors?
3. When you say 'stuck halfway', do you mean permanently hung? Or temporarily frozen, then re-activated?
4. Can you try shift-windowskey-leftarrow and shift-windowskey-rightarrow to move the app between monitors? Is that faster or same as dragging???
5. Can you record a screen video so I can see what's happening?
