Hi Brian,

I have just downloaded the demo and tried running it via CrossOver Linux Professional on Ubuntu 9.10. It installs fine with no errors, accepted the license key correctly.
However when you start it up, if you create a new connection everything is fine, if instead you load a saved connection, the connection window crashes with an error report just after it has verified the FIPS DLL. You can then open a new tab with the same connection file and it works and connect with no issues. Does something different happen the first time around?
Also when closing one connection tab it wants to close the whole application, but that might be a crossover bug?

Other than that so far it works 100% on linux and should be recommended.

Mark

p.s not tried scripting on it via linux but that is a different ball game 🙂 and not one needed at the moment

Odly I have just retested this, but this time by using a new connection profile and making it have exactly the same settings as the old one, (rather than using one from the old version) and it opens and closes fine, no issues on first running of the program, or with the closing of tabs. So if must have been something in the original connection file it did not like from the old version the first time it opened it each time.

Regards

Mark
