Hi Brian,

I have attempted to email you a few times, without success?

After logging on to look at past and present purchases, your website only lists our past
purchase in 2003.

Can you please update this to reflect our current purchase/licence. Also, this should have been an upgrade rather than a new purchase, mistake on our behalf. Can you organise for an appropriate refund?
