We're running AbsTelnet 9.18, I read dynamic port forwarding was added in 9.12.

Does any one know the syntax to tunnel/forward all ports in the Forwarding dialog box?

There's a separate checkbox for it. This enables a local socks proxy on the requested port (usually 1080) that forwards your traffic to the other network.
