Sorry I took so long. I got side-tracked.
Ok, so the camera is on the client PC "COMPUTER A" outside the WAN
The client PC is outside the WAN and connected to the server vi SSH.
'COMPUTER B' (inside the WAN) wishes to connec to the camera on port 9000.
'COMPUTER A' should set a forwarded port (server to client) on port 9000. 'COMPUTER B', then, can connect to port 9000 on the server, and this port will be redirected to port 9000 on 'COMPUTER A'
