Scrollback not working? 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago

Bought it. Connected via Serial to Cisco Routers. When I run a command that puts out more than a screens worth of text, the scroll back stops at a full screen and that's it.
What I *should* see is --More-- from the router and then be able to either hit the enter key for one line or the space bar for another page.
need some help -- what do I do so I can see my whole running configuration???

AND
for some reason, when I press ENTER (with or without a command), I get TWO lines, like it is sending two CR/LF ...?

Go to options->properties->vt options and change 'enter sends' to 'CR' instead of 'CR/LF'
